About stars of the industry

Hosted by the Massachusetts Restaurant Association, Stars of the Industry Awards Gala is one of the biggest events of the year. It recognizes the best of the best in the Massachusetts Restaurant and Hospitality industry. 
This year's event will be held at Lombardo's in Randolph.

We encourage everyone to consider nominating an employee who goes above and beyond in their role, raising the bar for excellence in performance, service, and commitment to the industry.

Recipients are nominated by their managers, co-workers, and fellow staff. Winners are chosen by the MRA Nominating Committee and will be notified prior to the event. There are 7 categories of awards. The top 4 finalists per category will attend the Gala.  Winners will also receive two complimentary event tickets.

• Emerging Leader (mid-level manager that shows interest in developing employees)
• Business Partner employee (more likely to deliver to the backdoor) ​​
